The Guild of Harwich Artists recognizes two local graduating seniors, Rachel Cardillo of Monomoy Regional High School and Theresa Henault of Cape Cod Regional Technical High School, for their recent achievements in the field of art.
Rachel Cardillo receives the guild’s original scholarship and Theresa Henault receives the guild’s scholarship in memory of Helen McCaffery. She is excited to be attending Massachusetts College of Art in the Fall. She plans to study photography and would love to travel the world taking photos that build awareness of current issues. A dream come true for her would be to work at National Geographic.
Theresa Henault, graduating from Cape Cod Regional Technical High School, is looking forward to attending The Kansas Art Institute where she will focus on creative writing and illustration. She currently enjoys writing and illustrating her own books and she welcomes the opportunity to hone her skills in these areas.
The Guild of Harwich Artists members congratulate both young women and wish them success and satisfaction in their upcoming fields of study.
