First Day of Holiday Ornament Sale During Black Friday
The Guild of Harwich Artists’ annual holiday miniature ornament sale is a popular attraction that raises money for two local children’s charities. This year the hand-painted miniature ornaments will be on sale Black Friday, 11am to 8pm and weekends through December 21, 11am to 4pm. The Art Gallery will also be open 5-8pm during the Christmas Stroll in Harwich Port on Friday, December 5. Public parking across the street. The Gallery is located at
Over 200 hand painted miniature oil canvases and framed watercolor paintings by members of the Guild are available at $20 each. Many of the ornaments are inspired by holiday images of Cape Cod and make wonderful stocking stuffers. Proceeds of this year’s ornaments sale will be split between The Children’s Center, a part of Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless, and the Harwich Children’s Fund.
