The Guild of Harwich Artists is officially celebrating the Tenth Year of their Art Gallery in Harwich Port, at 551 Route 28, right across from the Chamber of Commerce. The members of the Gallery are so very grateful to their customers, the folks who have supported the Art Gallery since its 2007 beginning. All local Harwich residents, the 24 artists who are showing their work there now participate in Meet the Artist events all during the year, but especially during high season, the summer months. Open every day from June 1 to Columbus Day in October, the gallery is open late during Harwich Port’s Wednesday Musical Stroll evenings. The whole Guild also creates tiny paintings for the Small Works Ornaments Sale in December, which raises money for local charities, including the Family Pantry and the Children’s Center on Sisson Road.

There will be refreshments Saturday and Sunday, July 1 and 2. Stop by and see their latest works! Open 10 to 5 on Saturday, and noon to 4 on Sunday.
