Established in 1979, the Guild of Harwich Artists has become a vital member of the growing local arts and cultural fabric for which the Cape Cod town of Harwich is becoming known. Over the years it has been art that brings us together, but it is our supportive community of established and emerging artists that binds us together. Membership is open to all Cape Cod residents.

Decorated cards are needed for the Harwich COA by Thursday, February 4, 2021

Donna Tavano and Peg Rose are asking for your help to bring some much needed “sunshine” to our local community in need. Guild members are asked to decorate the cover of 4×6 cards with a short cheering-up note on the inside. These will be included with the Harwich Council on Aging (COA) lunches to be delivered to Harwich seniors for Valentine’s Day. COA Director Emily Mitchell is quite enthusiastic about the project. The Harwich COA will be delivering about 85 meals. Cards are needed by Thursday, February 4, 2021.

If you don’t have your own, colored 4 x 6 cards are available at the weekly Thursday painting sessions (1-3:30 pm) at the Harwich Community Center (Activity Room 4) or by contacting Donna Tavano.
