Meet the Artist, Larry Folding –Special for ArtWeek, our Meet the Artist series kicks off  the 2018 season at The Art Gallery of the Guild of Harwich Artists. Larry Folding will demonstrate a Cape Cod painting in watercolor on April 28 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Member News:
Congratulations to Larry Folding who had a painting accepted in the upcoming National Watercolor Society (NWS) 2018 Annual Members Exhibition held at the NWS Gallery in San Pedro California. Exhibit dates are May 3 through June 30, 2018.

Lydia Bell was awarded First in Watercolor at the Chatham Creative Arts Center Member Show, on exhibit through April 2.  Kathleen Magnusson won an Honorable Mention Award in the show as well. Guild members exhibiting in the show included Elaine Ostrander and Yvette Stenzel.

The juried “CAPE COD EXHIBIT” at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in Yarmouth was on exhibit through April 1. Art from Guild members Elaine Felos Ostrander and Kathleen Magnusson were accepted.

The annual “Toast of Harwich” will be held on April 27 at the Wequassett Inn. Members Elaine Felos Ostrander and Martha Little Fuentes will be “live painting” at the event.
